We would definitely recommend Ellis Automotive. The staff treated us great. We test drove 3 different vehicles and ended up buying one. I bought a vehicle here before and was treated the same way, that is why I returned to purchase our "new" Honda CRV. Aaron was great and very patient with us. Again, I would highly recommend Ellis Automotive if you're looking to purchase a vehicle at a reasonable price.

Brought my vehicle in for inspection and was so happy with the service! Aaron was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. Honestly never felt so comfortable at a garage before. He went over everything that was done with the inspection and explained other services they offer. Definitely will be bringing my car here from now on if I need ANYTHING service related. Thank you!

If your thinking about buying a car from the don’t! I bought a 2017 ford focus on June 26, 2024 which they had just recently replaced the transmission on. After about 2 weeks it got really loud because it had no transmission fluid in it due to a leak. They refused to fix it and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. Then about 3 month later the transmission needed replaced again due to the previous damages. The warrenty covered this but they charged me the warranty’s credit card companies $70 credit card fee and also charged me for the fluids which were included. My deductible should have been $150 and they charged me double that. Went back about a week later because the new transmission was leaking again and told them I was overcharged when they replaced it. Found what I needed and got approved quickly; test drove three prospects and decided on another Subaru. Aaron was incredibly kind and respectful, knowledgeable and honest when I went in looking for a commuter car. Tom was educative and explained the loan process. Ryan helped me with my other vehicle’s oil/oil filter/and oil tank plug needs within minutes of my arriving on a cold morning. As a woman, I feel comfortable asking questions here. I will be coming back when I decide to trade in a vehicle. I am already booked for a brake/brake pads change next week on another vehicle. They will work with you and if you bring in the parts, they will use them; Butler Tire for Less will NOT do that. They have incredibly quick service.

Aaron and the service crew are actually the best! Called to see if they could fit my car in to get my tires changed today because of a flat. Got me in with no issues. They are professional and just overall amazing.
