Baldy's Jeep Shop was recommended as a Gold level installer on the Metal Cloak site. I absolutely agree! Baldy's customer service is exceptional. Baldy's Team kept me informed of everything going on before and during my build. After the build was complete they have continued to check in with me to insure everything is going as it should. They also took me on an awesome wheeling trip after my break-in was complete. I can't say enough good things about the Team at Baldy's. If you are in need of Repairs, Mods or a complete build this is the Team you want to do it! Thank you Baldy's see you out on the trail.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but this is an exception. If you have a Jeep, this is the only place to bring it. I live in far south Austin and make the trip to Cedar Park gladly every time I need something done to my 2014 Wrangler. I trust the staff completely, have never been steered wrong, and never feel like I'm being oversold. I've learned so much about my rig since coming to Baldy's and the service couldn't be more accommodating and just flat out nice. From getting a tour of the shop to always being offered coffee while I wait, this place isn't like other shops, and I've been to them all as a longtime Jeep owner. The guys at Baldy's did a great job installing my MetalCloak Adventure Rack system and rear metal bumper. They kept me informed throughout the process and stayed late, the day before Thanksgiving!!!, to make sure I was back on the road. Huge thanks to Jason, Darrell, and Greg!
