Bale Chevrolet Service Center

I set up an appointment for Monday (12/29) at 7am for my car to be serviced. When setting up, the rep told me they would need to keep 2 days. I asked if Monday counts as part of the 2 days because I’ve had a similar problem with Bale a few months ago where the shop did not contact me and kept my car a week. The rep stated yes, I should know something by close of business Tuesday. Well turns out i had the same experience as before with my car still being in the shop for days with no movement. Steve texted me on Friday (1/2) stating tech will work on it Monday (1/5). I asked him if I could come get my car because I need for the weekend and will bring back Monday. He stated the headliner is down and all the techs left for the day. I asked for a courtesy car since my car was only supposed to b

Service was completed in a timely manner and my advisor kept me informed every step of the way. Thank goodness for extended warranty! Bale makes it easy and handled all of the process with them. Thank you Bale Chevrolet Service department for exceeding expectations every time I visit!

I went to the service department to obtain new tires. Jake is one of your service providers. He does a great job! He is courteous, kind and makes sure to fully explain everything, so that I can fully understand the work to be done. The technicians are fast and efficient. I traveled over and hour to get to them because I appreciate the job they do.

Brought in my wife’s vehicle for new tires and and oil change. The service staff was friendly and the waiting area was accommodating. The whole process was quick and efficient. I will continue to use Bale in the future.

Very pleased with Bale they had very good customer service. Will definitely be back when I need to service my vehicle again! Definitely recommend going here over anywhere else.
