Balise Collision Repair

My car needed work after being bumped in a parking lot. Not having been through an insurance collision process for about 30 years, I was a little stressed. Wandson the appraiser carried out his inspection immediately and encouraged me to bring the car back about a week later after the holidays, so that I wouldn't have it sitting there not being worked on. Rashauna of customer service...what can I say...she was terrific. Calm, friendly, and efficient, she walked me through everything with a smile. My car was fixed in a week during which time I had an Enterprise rental, all arranged through Rashauna. Stellar experience. Kudos to their management.

Great staff that treats you like family. They do not give you any BS and keeps in great communication. Work on the vehicle is excellent and they left my car cleaner than when I brought it in!

While I'm not happy I was in a car accident, I am super-happy with how I was treated by Amica Insurance, Balise Collision Repair and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Balise, in having agreements with the other two vendors, made the process of getting my car repaired, a rental to me at their shop, and directly working with my insurer a breeze, while getting my car to me in record time. Balise's location was clean and welcoming, all staff was friendly and helpful, and they did excellent work on my car.

Couldn’t be happier with how fast they got my car back to me! The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and comforting when I dropped it off and just as pleasant when I was picking up. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend the West Warwick Balise Collision Center. We were referred to Balise by our insurance company after my husband was in an accident. The support of the staff was clear and ongoing communication. The staff was very engaged and put us at ease in a very stressful situation ,We knew there might be delays due to parts availabilty but the repair was completed in a timely maner and with complete professionalism. You would never know our car was in an accident. 5 star rating!
