Had a great experience with this company. Called into their office to confirm a needed item. Did not wait long to speak with someone. Rep asked for me VIN then confirmed the item was available, would fit my car, and that the item's color should match. Product arrived within a few days in a very protective box. I was able to easy replace my broken mirror and am very thankful for the service presented. I would highly recommend this company for your part needs; but, hopefully I will not need to in the future! ;-)

I have had several Hondas over the years and had them serviced at Balise. Honda service is not cheap, but better than repairs. I also bought a couple Hondas there. Just over a year ago I went there for service for my Ridgeline. I told them I did not need the tires rotated as I had just recently purchased them, but please torque the wheel lugs. When I picked it up I asked the service rep to confirm they had torqued the wheel lugs. I received several answers, none of them in the affirmative and none were straightforward or clear. I would have accepted, "sorry, we forgot" or "give us 30 minutes and we'll do it". I figured it was time to elsewhere and I have.
