Ball Acura Parts Department

Took my MDX for service today. Service advisor, David was very helpful, very thoughtful and got the car ready on time. Service advisor next to his office was very nice as well, she asked how my day was going and asked if I had any questions. Service Department at Ball Acura is absolutely 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

ACURA Ball Parts Department served me very well. I called, ordered my parts; the employee was absolutely an actual well-trained professional. He presented the exact price/date of pick-up. He also offered to put the parts (windshield wipers/washer fluid reservoir cap) on. I decline the installation. My experience with Acura Ball is nothing short of outstanding!!!

Generally have most all honda and acura parts. If you have a older model like 2009 and earlier most parts are special order. The guys and gals here are chill and happy to help
