Says it closes at 5pm i was there 3:40pm and the person in there says it’s closed! 😡 The date was Feb 5, 2022 Time 3:50pm

Ball Honda totally sucks. I regret buying our vehicle here because of the horrendous service. First off, we decided to buy the Resystal because of our previous experience with paint peeling on a vehicle. Well I hope this review helps you save $1500 and you don’t buy it. The day after we made our purchase, we were supposed to receive a phone call to schedule the Resystal. That didn’t happen, so we called and left a message. For the next SIX WEEKS, we called multiple times, left multiple messages with no call back. Six weeks. I finally sent an email message stating the situation, they called my husband. So eight weeks later, we were able to get in. When we went to get the Resystal done, they coated the car WITHOUT FULLY WASHING IT. So the Resystal now covers dirt spots. When we said somethin

Needed some touch up paint for my daughters 09 Civic. Called Honda parts and JOEY informed me the paint was in stock. Showed up about an hour later, Joey was there and remembered our call. He showed us how to use the paint properly, gave us some advice on how to apply it etc. Definitely went above and beyond. I’ve purchased touch up paint from Mercedes Benz San Diego for my GLE350 and never used it because Mercedes never went the extra step the way Joey did to explain how to use it!
