Great company to deal with when you need anything sensor related or wiring. USPS lost our last order from them and they turned around and send a replacement for free no questions asked. A+++++ Great products and great customer service.

These folks get “IT” and want to make sure you are taken care of. We have done several crate LT4 installations and Ballenger is able to get the parts needed. Even the dealer can’t match their inventory.

I have ordered multiple times from Ballenger since they have many automotive connectors that I have not found elsewhere. They have always been quick and accurate with my orders and it makes it easy to want to go back to them when I need something else. I just know it is going to be right!

I ordered a Garmin Catalyst in December from Ballenger. I got an email from them saying they would not send the item without me providing a picture of the back of my credit card. I thought someone had hacked their email and was scamming me, so I called them. I got a really rude individual who ended up hanging up on me after he was adamant that I send him a picture of my credit card. I've run two internet companies and you never, ever ask a customer for a picture of their credit card. This is a major spam tactic. I guarantee Amazon would never ask this. I called Garmin and they agreed that this was highly unusual and not something any online vendor should ask. They were going to investigate this dealer.
