I am not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately my experience with this dealership took away my excitement of buying a new vehicle. I will say I was happy that they were patient with me and my husband during negotiations and understanding car loans. Although we enjoyed our salesman, our overall experience was slow moving, unsorted, and a bit frustrating. We put money down on a Monday to hold the vehicle to purchase it on Friday once my husband got home. It was acknowledged that we wished to have most of the paperwork ready that Monday to be able to sign and go on Friday. Friday came and I was told the paper was not saved and they were waiting on the bank (which I understand is out of their control). During our 3 hours of waiting we were told our vehicle was being detailed and they like

Got this beauty from Gerry Raymond’s and couldn’t be happier!! It was exactly what we were looking for. Runs great and the price was excellent!! Though I did not get to make the trip, my husband did. He had nothing but great things to say about salesman Erik!!
