We found Baltimore Truck Center online and so blessed we did! Jonathan was amazing from day 1. We're in Ohio and he sent videos of the dealership, inside and out, as well as the truck we were purchasing. Jonathan went above and beyond...while going through the tedious and lengthy process of an SBA loan and simultaneously dealing with the last days of my father's life, Jonathan worked independently with the lenders and insurance people to make sure this deal would happen and then opened on a Saturday morning so we could sign and pick up the trucks...and the bonus, we got to meet his amazing son and Jr. Salesperson💕...loved the spirit of family! Jonathan's presence, professionalism and customer service raised the bar!!! As a rapidly growing business, we have found our person to grow with our

Warning to all truckers: DO NOT bring your truck to Baltimore Truck Center in Hagerstown — unless you enjoy getting overcharged, disrespected, and having your equipment mistreated. This place is a straight-up scam shop for anyone not local. They hit you with 12 to 15 hours of labor for jobs that take 2 to 3 hours, max. And if you dare ask questions or try to understand the bill, you’ll be met with aggression and zero professionalism — especially from Dakoda at the service desk. Let’s talk about Dakoda. This man is, without exaggeration, the worst human being I’ve ever encountered in a customer-facing role. He raised his voice at me, told me to “take my truck somewhere else,” and made it clear he only cared about one thing: money. His actual words were, “My boss likes his money fast, and

STAY FAR AWAY FROM BALTIMORE TRUCK CENTER – HAGERSTOWN. My experience here was absolutely disgraceful. The person I dealt with in service, Dakoda, was the most disrespectful and unprofessional individual I have ever encountered in this industry — and that’s saying a lot. Dakoda treated me with zero respect, had a nasty attitude, and clearly doesn’t care about helping customers. He acted like I was wasting his time, gave me straight-up attitude for asking basic questions, and completely failed to communicate or show even a shred of professionalism. He makes the entire dealership look bad. If this is who they put at the front line of service, I have no confidence in the rest of the operation. Baltimore Truck Center needs to take a serious look at who they have representing them — because D

So whenever the Mack technicians/mechanics tell you what's wrong with your truck. Listen to them.. I was told my truck needed an ecm and a wiring harness something that I did not believe. I picked up the truck and took it somewhere else and replaced a bunch of parts that I thought was the problem.. ( was trying to save myself some money) The truck was still not running correctly whenever I brought it back to Mack i did however install the wiring harness. They had the truck for 1 day New ECM and runs great!!! Lesson here is you dont know as much you think. I run older trucks 97-2002 I figured the techs didn't know much about older trucks... Thanks guys
