BAM Wholesale Parts

Place is a complete SCAM in my experience, paid 700+ dollars for a 3rd brake light for a Ram 3500 and was sent a complete rip off. Below I have proof of the listing and item that I received, would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The light showed the same part number but barcode looked completely changed and item received was 100% obviously noticeably not the right item even from pictures (down to the light gasket itself). Total rip off, after emailing to give hopes that it was just a mistake and that they could send the proper item I ordered. They completely denied it saying “the part received is correct for the part number” when clearly their online listing doesn’t match what was delivered to me at all. If I could give this 0 Stars I would. complete SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought a part that by all purposes was a fit. Year, make, model etc. Received the part and it did not fit. I sent an email and received a link for the return. they were going to credit me $19 on a $56 purchase. I sent another email and received less than sympathetic response stating it was my fault. I buy a lot of parts online (CariD, AutoParts.com) and have never had any problems. To add, now the return link no longer works. Find a better serviced online supplier!!!

Worst Online Shopping Experience I’ve Ever Had I wish I could give this company zero stars. My experience with BAM Wholesale Parts has been nothing short of a nightmare, and at this point the whole operation feels more like a scam than a legitimate store. I placed an order on November 29th, received an email saying my item had shipped, complete with a tracking number. Days later, the tracking number showed absolutely nothing — no movement, no carrier scan, nothing. Then out of nowhere, I received another email claiming they had “attempted to reach me multiple times” because they supposedly “couldn’t capture funds,” which is completely false. I ordered some OEM running boards for my Tacoma from BAM. There were some big hiccups with shipping but it was on the part of FedEx. Nate from BAM did get in touch with me and stood behind his company and assured me it would get taken care of. It was resolved and I am pleased, thanks Nate!

Our first experience was great with the company. Everything delivered on time and as ordered (so 2 stars instead of 1). Second time was a fail. They sent us a wrong seat covers ($218 mind you). Never apologized for this mistake and just said to send them back… for a refund that takes 5-10 business days. So I had to pack my 8 mo baby and take them to USPS. Thanks guys! Well. 5 days have passed still no refund so we will wait 5 more. What should have been done is the moment I sent the wrong detail back the right one should’ve been shipped. Or I don’t know - check before you send people stuff? Upd. Turns out the cover seats I ordered were never in stock.
