I had a very good experience from the start. I booked my van online through their website, and everything went smoothly. I even went to check out the van before renting it just to make sure it was big enough. After giving it some second thought, I decided to upgrade my van, so I called the number on their website and someone was super helpful in assisting me with upgrading to a different van that was more suitable for my trip and my family. The van was clean and very easy to drive. I initially thought it would be difficult to handle; however, I got the hang of it very quickly, and in some instances it drove better than a truck or a car. This is the second van I have rented from Bandago in the last 18 months. The website for quotes and reservations is seamless and very user-friendly. The van was ready when I arrived, and the office associate was very helpful. I rented a 15-passenger van and easily removed two of the four rear seats to accommodate luggage. The van was equipped with 360-degree cameras and quickly connected to my cell phone for navigation and music.
