Bob and crew are nice guys, however, I have never had a shop turn away a job before. An oil cooler on a BMW was just too scary for them. And I waited over a week for the appointment and an extra day past my appointment just for them to tell me this. Are they good for basics? Sure. But I won't be returning.

Recently had a battery fail and went in to get it replaced. Didn't realize that it was still under warranty. The tech brought it to my attention. They replaced it at no charge to me. Integrity exists here. That's a rare quality in this day. Exemplary business practice!

Do not take your vehicle here. They will take forever if they even offer to fix it. Typically, they just say it's not worth fixing and send you away. Then, what you do is you take it someplace else, And have it fixed for half of what their estimate was.

More than a tire shop!! Bob Bappert has a fine reputation in this area for All Automotive repairs being extremely trustworthy. His back log of vehicles sit all around his building. Timely service & no hidden fees. You don't overpay! Dean is one of his mechanics. Being a Senior woman, I trusted Bob to pick out what tires I needed. Very satisfied with price & his friendly accommodating service!!
