NAPA Auto Parts - Williamston

I stopped into the store an evening this week. It was cold, snowy, and dark. I needed assistance with something that took us outside to my vehicle. Anthony jumped right up, no questions asked... assisted me, solving the problem. I couldn't thank him enough for helping me out. So appreciated. 😊

After an incredibly long week, I'd taken my husband's car to be checked out where we discovered it needed a few things. Because our schedules can be challenging, I decided to try to get as many of the parts as I could before taking his car back to him. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and the main guy helping me was really great (I don't remember his name). Much to my surprise, NAPA had EVERYTHING I needed. I was so excited to get the parts, fix the car and have one less thing to worry about. Thanks NAPA!

I've had more than a few issues with my car and the elder gentlemen in this shop has helped me so much. I love the small, warm atmosphere of the place and the guy was so kind and seemed willing to go above to aid me. My dog also really loved the place, haha!

Over priced on everything. They ordered the wrong part, it took a week to get there and when I returned the part they didn't refund the shipping charge was out $25 because they ordered the wrong part. It costed around $75 bought it online and paid $15.95

Very nice employees, they always are there when we need assistance. Love that they are willing to carry stuff out if you need a hand
