BARAJAS TIRES

Spreading the word not to go to BRAJAS TIRES. Went there to get a new tire and seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. The bolts holding my tire in place snapped while getting the brakes changed, due to the shop over tightening my bolts and lug nuts together. I even got second opinions and all mechanics said the same thing, that it could only be due to the negligence of BARAJAS TIRES. I will never go to the shop ever again and would like to spread the word. When I called the shop the OWNER told me himself he had other customers calling him regarding the same exact issue. He promised he would fix it and when I went in the shop he gave me a hard time and was being rude and pushy. Saying it’s not his fault and asked if I was sure it was his shop. He shooed me out the door and I called

Never go to this place — it’s terrible, and they love scamming people. I went in for a rotation and balance, and ‘coincidentally’ two nails suddenly appeared, and they charged me extra for the service. They told me they were going to patch the tire. I watched the workers the whole time, and they never did anything besides just changing it. So never go to this place if you don’t want them to steal your money or put you in danger

Pls stay away from this place. I saw other reviews after my service and reviews were right, these guys are scammers! I went for a wheel balancing and rotation. I sat inside the office and they were done in 10mins! I said it's already balanced in just 10mins?? The guy said yes they're all balanced. So I test drove the car and the vibration is way worse than when I came in. I came back and told them to fix it but the guy is still saying "your wheels are balanced. Maybe there's something wrong with your tires I don't know we can't do anything". They charged me 50 bucks and wouldn't fix the problem. Who does wheel balancing for all 4 wheels in 10mins plus a rotation?? This place is just a scam PLEASE AVOID IT! Go to credible tire shops than wasting your money here

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this tire shop from day one! I purchased a full set of new tires and rims here a while back, and the service has been excellent ever since. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. Recently, I ran into a small issue — one of my tires needed a patch, and another time I noticed a screw missing from my rim cap. Both times, they took care of it quickly and completely free of charge because I had purchased my wheels from them. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it really shows how much they stand behind their products and value their customers.

Got a great deal on a used tire to replace my bulged one. Glad these guys are in business. $50 a pop is incredible value. Quick service. All the guys are friendly. Highly recommend Barajas Tires.
