Cesar kept us updated and sent photos to let us know the status of our rv as they loaded and took it for emergency repair. Glad they were able to send an appropriate wrecker for our trailer after several other companies could not accommodate.

3000 miles on new tires but a bad alignment from Discount Tires in Houston left us stranded off hwy 90 16 miles west of Sanderson on Thanksgiving of all days. The locals helped us out big time and the next day Barbee, who was the only service that responded to our insurance, lifted us all the way to Ft. Stockton. We were towed to Five Star who got us really good used tires. Tomorrow Bill Williams will meet us early in the morning to fix our alignment so we can try to salvage a little bit of our vacation trip. We felt Soo helpless. We were desperate and State Farm made it Soo difficult to get help. The locals really came through and helped us like no insurance company could. We were having car issues literally got stranded 29 miles from Fort Stockton third time we broke down in a matter of three days and had someone serviced the car. However the service was not the best. The people was able to tow us for $150 to get us to the super eight here in Fort Stockton. This company met everything that I was able to do to get us to our motel 1000%. They were very nice came within the 45 minutes to an hour like they stated and helped us to the motel. Thank you guys so much. You’re such a blessing. I would definitely call them before anybody else if I ever needed them again.

I blew out a tire. It’s hard to get roadside assistance in the area, however Barbee responded and assisted me immediately. I am extremely grateful for Barbee’s prompt and professional service. Thank you, and be safe.
