The gentleman who signs you in is nothing but pure professional & so very friendly too. The older gentleman who dropped me off & picked me up was awesome. Pleasant conversation both ways. Its always a pleasure dealing withe the service area of Barber Ford.
Never felt pressured into getting anything other than what I was there for. I was at another Ford dealership (R P Ford) and watched someone from the service department talk to 3 different women that were there for inspections. Each time they were told that their lug nuts were bad and needed to be replaced.
Marty and the entire dealership is the best. Great service done right the first time. Very good place to buy a car also have purchased several Ford's from them great experience every time
These folks always make me feel welcome! Really took care of me in a pinch!
