Bought a 2024 636. Purchased 5yr aftermarket warranty for the bike. Two years into owning it I traded the bike in and canceled the warranty which dictates I’m owed a refund for unused warranty. I submitted my paperwork back in September 2025 and I’m still waiting for my refund. Got a call on Dec 16th that my check was “in the mail”. Christmas comes and still no check so I give them another call. Well they were closed for holidays so I had to wait till Jan 6th to report the check missing. I reported the check missing yesterday, only to be told that the office handling the checks is closed this week. I was very impressed! I live well over 100 miles away and needed to make my purchase and get back home. I handled all the business over the phone and requested the bike be ready upon arrival. When I pulled up my bike was sitting out front completely prepped and ready. They loaded my bike, I signed my papers, picked out a helment and I was on my way!! Im the proud owner of a brand new KLX300. Great job guys!!

T.j had me in and out in an hour. I called ahead to inquire on bikes in stock. I showed up and we were loading up my 2 new bikes in less than an hour. Best experience at a vehicle dealership in my life. And I have alot of vehicles!

I finally made the decision to buy a Honda Navi and my local Power sports store was out of stock, so I did a quick Google search and found Bargeron Powersports in Brunswick. It was a little further than I wanted to travel, but it was well worth it! They were a little busy that day, but the salesman and the finance gentleman both kept checking on me, letting me know just how much longer it would be.
