I called Barnes Auto on Tuesday afternoon at 4:45 becuase my air conditioning had stopped blowing cold air. In the South Georgia heat in the middle of August, that is not something that you can deal with for very long! I tried calling a few local places and the wait was 3-4 weeks. Barnes was able to get me in that Thursday and had my air fixed by that afternoon for a very reasonable price. Definitely my new go to auto repair shop!

It's just a local place that doesn't like new customers. I went to get a quote, and the owner didn't take a minute to see me while I was talking. Even worse, before I could start to explain, he just said, 'I can't do anything for the next two weeks,' without knowing what I needed. He could be very busy, but I'm a customer, and he didn't know if I might be willing to wait a long time because I was looking for a good and reliable mechanic. However, with that kind of service, I don't even want to imagine how they handle the cars!

They always do outstanding work at reasonable prices! I do not need estimates from them because they are always the lower cost with timely service! I highly recommend them to all my friends !
