Barnes Crossing Kia Service Center

I bought a 2024 Kia Carnival for my wife from Barnes Crossing KIA. We have been totally satisfied not only with the vehicle but with the service department. Each time I take it in for service I am assisted by Lizzy. She is very professional, thorough in her recommendations and very friendly. I had a wonderful experience with the service department. They were very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, & polite. They allowed me to bring my stinger in early & fixed the issue less than a week. I highly recommend this service center.👍

Sales is wonderful, happy with my car. However, the guy I dealt with today in the service dept, was awful. If I never have to deal with that service dept again, I’ll be a happy person!! Lizzy in the service dept apologized for his behavior when he should have been!!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance, arrived 30 minutes early, and STILL waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. When I asked why it was so long, they said appointments didn’t matter- that it’s “first come, first served.” THEN WHY DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE???? The woman who seemed to be in charge didn’t apologize at all and said she would talk to the appointment call center because they were giving incorrect information. I will NEVER get an oil change here again.

Such a quick service! 💯 I was done in less than an hour with the oil change. I think I got a discount too Thank you , you guys were awesome 🙏
