This was my initial visit since moving to Tupelo. Heather Jenkins greeted me and I appreciated her excellent customer service. She patiently listed to my questions and professionally answered each one. Heather advised me when my service was completed and summarized what was done and the results of the evaluation. My car was delivered to me which I appreciated and I was on my was after a timely maintenance visit. Thank you Heather and your team!

I recently visited Carlock Toyota of Tupelo after having been told by another company that the starter needed to be replaced in my Toyota Highlander. After diagnostic testing, it was determined that the battery was the issue and not the starter. The testing also revealed that there were other issues which needed to be addressed, and they were. Mr. Logan Whitten was my Service Advisor. Logan was very professional and did an excellent job of keeping me notified as to the progress of the repairs being made, as well as answering any questions I had. I am really pleased with the service department Carlock Toyota of Tupelo for several reasons! I am always able to get an appointment on a day & time when it is most convenient for me. I get several reminders about my appt and even a personal phone call. All of the service team are super helpful from the advisors and technicians but Myles Goodson has been my go to advisor. He listens to my problems or concerns and recommends necessary repairs while making me feel like he truly has my safety in mind. He communicates with the service technicians and gets back with me to keep me up to date while I wait. I even get an email with a video that shows me the evaluation. In my opinion, it should not have taken 3 hours and 15 minutes to change the oil, rotate the tires and replace two filters when you had an appointment. However, Heather Jenkins in the service department did an excellent job keeping me informed. She was very professional!
