Barnes Tire & Service

We had a serious situation: my husband’s tire blew out on the highway, and the response we got was terrible. We came across this tire shop on the way and decided to stop, thinking they would help us quickly. We were traveling with two small children and were told we’d have to wait over 3 hours for the tire to be fixed. Completely unreasonable! When we complained, they just said, “sorry, it’s all we have,” and didn’t offer any real help. Very poor service — I do not recommend.

We have used the services offered by Barnes Tire for several years now and have always been pleased with their service and fair pricing. After purchasing new tires in early October, I have had two separate tire punctures from something in the road. Barnes Tire took care of the flats at their costs and did so with a smile! I highly recommend their business!

I can't say enough good things about this business and the management and staff. They are always courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful to me, even though I'm just a little old widow who goes there all shook up because a weather change has caused my car's tire pressure to drop.😄

I had my car towed to Barnes tire to have it fixed. Whenever I went and picked it up my spoiler was gone off the back. I immediately called the police station and when the police got there Barnes tires refused to show their video footage of my car coming in. They tried to blame the tow truck driver and the tow truck driver blamed them. Again they refuse to show me their video footage so this shows me their guilt. I do not even give them half a star. This was the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my life. They originally agreed to pay for half of my damages but then would not cut me the check. I will be posting a review on Thomas & sons tow truck company as well. Horrible customer service all the way around do not use these people to fix your car!

They were not able to do the work on my car that I needed but they recommended me to a reputable business that could fix my car.
