Barretts did a private seller used truck evaluation for me because I'm about 8+ hours away. They were very professional, communicated throughout the entire process, and treated me as if I was a regular customer local to them. They evaluated the trucks exterior, interior, and mechanical condition in great detail. This really helped ease my mind to prevent me from wasting a bunch of gas, money, and time for a potentially bad purchase. If I were local to their shop they would have earned a very loyal customer. I would highly recommended Barretts!!!

I stopped in here to see about a tricky oil leak on my F250. Ken asked me to drop if by sometime and he would look it over. I found the leak and gave me a quote to complete the repairs. I decided to bring it to him for the work; it was a pricy repair but I knew it would be on my Super Duty truck. I'm not saying Ken's price was high - it was very fair. I'm saying it was an expensive repair and I knew it would be.. He indicated it would be a week so I dropped it off. We have used their services for more than 25 years. If one of their repairs failed within the warranty period take it back to them. If it was part of the repairs they will stand behind their work. They have fair repair prices. You can believe what they say is wrong with your auto. They treat your auto as if it was there's. I have compared their prices with a dealer and other auto repair places and most of the time you get a better prices from them. Example our car went in for front alignment. I took a vehicle to get everything right on it since I just bought it and ended up with more problems than when I took it in. They had the truck for 3 weeks and, after the first time, talked to them and them telling me they would call at the end of the day. I called back 2 days later because I didn't hear back and no answer. I then used my friends phone, and they answered the first ring. Just some shady people and the problems they supposedly fixed were way more money than it should have been . I'd stay clear of this shop for sure.

Fair price for good work. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Found some other things that needed attention and repaired. It’s not easy to find a shop that works on diesel trucks. They will get my future business.
