After we decided not to put in a rebuilt transmission, Mark was kind enough to tell me that if I procured my own transmission, they would install it for the cost of labor. That was a really good deal to me. Don’t wanna drop one of those on my chest. Pleased with the workmanship and the feel I got from the shop.

Certified auto services was amazing they diagnosed my vehicle as a second. Opinion showed me exactly what I needed and not try to upsell me. They stated they have a good conscious and moral standing they believe times are tough and if things are not needed to be done they won't try to get it done. They will recommend things if they see it and let you know the severity. They're honest and their prices are very well I am very pleased with the service they provided with me. I took the 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for brake service as the reservoir did not have any fluid. I assumed that one of the brake lines had broken hence leaking fluid. The emergency brake was also not working. Although I did receive a very nice report of what you found wrong with the car but I just wanted the brakes fixed. The car was at the shop for two weeks with no repairs completed. I think that you did not want to fix the car as when I called for status it was we are still doing the inspection. Highly recommend this place for any car issues or concerns. Went to them because I noticed a loud humming noise while driving coming from the tire area, took it to them and they did a full inspection to find the issue and within 3 hours they let me know that all I needed were another set of tires as the brands that were currently on my car were not matching and likely the cause of the road noise while driving as everything else checked out. They were completely fair and honest and did not make up problems or try to up sale me. They even recommend a place to go to get the tires and we’re not haggling me to buy from them. Service was courteous, thorough, timely and most of all very honest. Battery and coolant were also checked. No unnecessary work was performed. Service manager is very professional and provided a comprehensive summary of vehicle status. I would highly recommend Certified Auto Service.
