Barrett's Towing

I've used bears a couple times within the past ten years and all kinds of ways in situations and scenarios , and i've always been pleased how quickly they are able to arrive and i've never had a problem with them. Communication and ETA as to be expected cause things can happen serious in nature that their services are needed to clear out roadways and etc. If it happens, theyve always keep me updated. Great job as Usual!

Ive used Barretts a long time now. For my guys at my company and for me. The young lady that answers the phone is awesome. Very helpful and responsive. The drivers are great too. Always text me updates and delivery completions. 5 stars

These guys must be my nemesis lol. Been towed twice by them. Towing fee here is higher than any other time I've been towed. And they use slim hours for pickup (8am-1pm) to make it more difficult to get your car back on time before they charge more. They really are the lowest of the low. How about you take some of the money you made off me and hire better staff. EDIT (Since they replied to my review): I'd like to address your response here because I feel that it seriously downplays just how predatory this company is. I'm sure you follow legal regulations when it comes to your fees and that they are capped by state law and local ordinances. I never said otherwise. Great service, friendly driver, gave great service and advice and got my car to its destination safe and sound taking extra care to not further damage my vehicle more than it was. 10/10, will be calling again if needed.

I called Barrett Towing and told them what I needed, she first told me it would be about a hour to an hour and a half, but she would try to get someone there sooner. Someone came within thirty minutes. Thanks for your great service.
