I went through a car wash when it was really cold out, and some water froze inside my rear door channels. When I opened the doors, the lower inner weather strip molding on both rear doors popped off and tore. My mechanic told me it needed a body shop, so I brought it to Barry Hackert Body Shop. They were super kind and helpful from the start. They got me in for an estimate within a couple days, then called the very next business day and had me come right in. The technician fixed it in about 20 minutes, and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the work was great, and they gave me real peace of mind after a dumb mistake. Barry Hackert Auto Body replaced and painted my panel for such an amazing cost! Not only that but they were able to pre paint the part and then throw it on quickly the next day (so I didn’t have to take off of work or rent a car)!
