This was one of the best car-related exchanges I’ve ever had. The team was clear, concise, communicative and above all else, the came in UNDER what they quoted. Shop is incredibly clean and staff was excellent. They even let me drop the car off the night before a blizzard and they parked it INSIDE the shop to keep it out of the snow. The team also knew I was under a time crunch and overdelivered by finishing the roof of my 2013 Honda Pilot in just over a two days amidst blizzard fallout. I’ll definitely be recommending them. As for the job, it’s the first time I’ve done wrapping, so I’ll have to come back after some months and confirm that it held up well, but I have faith.

After driving the Philadelphia roadways for several years my car was beginning to show its age. I spoke with Tim who recommended paint correction and the application of a ceramic coating. The entire crew, including Lewis and William, is extremely professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. Shortly after the service, I discovered that the work had been performed incorrectly and caused physical damage to my vehicle, including: Improper installation of the PPF, with visible bubbles, misalignment, and lifting edges. Knife cuts through the paint in multiple areas. Damage to both side mirrors from careless or excessive trimming. I no longer trust them to continue to “touch up” their work. They just kept cutting more into the cars paint every time they tried to “touch up” the car.
