Barry's Tire and Exhaust

Great for oil changes! Professional place with that mom and pop vibe. Outside of oil changes, I haven't had much luck. I hate paying for services I don't receive. It might be one in a million, and just a fluke. I just payed and went my way. I definitely would come back to buy tires or get an oil change.

I absolutely love Barry and his mechanics. They treat the customers with so much respect. They are very knowledgeable by what they do and it truly shows. I had issues with my car and took it to many other places and they couldn’t fix it. He told me the source of the problem and got it fixed for a reasonable price. My car needed work done on it And he told me how to save money rather than having me spend tons of money with him. The only complaint I have is the lady who works up front can be very rude. To the workers in front of customers and to the customers. I absolutely love this place still. Barry and his mechanics is the reason I always come here!

The owner needs some customer service training, along with the tech, stood there for over 10 minutes. The owner was in the phone when I walked in, I patiently waited because I could see they are busy. After a few minutes one of the techs asked me what I needed I stated to him I was looking to see if they had my tires in stock he asked me what size and I told him. He didn’t say anything continued to walk into the shop and grab a customers vehicle from the parking lot, after a few more minutes the owner asked what I needed told him the same. all for him to say is give me a few minutes he then proceeds into the shop, comes back a few minutes later then chit chats with a customer waiting in the lobby, then picks the phone back up to start talking with person again. I went in a few weeks ago to get one tire put on my car. They talked me into getting two. Here I am three weeks later and found out they tightened the lugs so tight on my car that three lugs and studs snapped off of my wheel and almost killed me and my pregnant wife. Tried to take the other wheel off to change the brakes and yet again the same problem the second it breaks free the studs and lugs snap off of my wheel so now one of my wheels only has one stud with one lug, and the other one is riding on three. They tightened them so much and cross threaded every single lug that it put mine and my pregnant wife’s life in danger. Great service great people Christy is friendly and courteous. Been going there for years and highly recommend them to anyone. Had my fluid levels checked and the mechanic was friendly and helpful. They surely look out for their customers. Bought tires there too. Highly satisfied.
