I brought a vehicle from them that original cost 5000 . I put 1600 down , I was told the rest I could get finances with interest from the place who was doing the financing (which I found out at the end they was the financers ). Majority of the time I paid double payments a month to hurry up and pay the vehicle off early which I was told at time of purchase if paid off early you will save 1100 interest. After exactly one year I had one payment left I thought but I was wrong, even though they claim my loan was for 2 years. I was told that I owe 1600 dollar more , I said that 1600 was my down payment , you never deducted it from purchase price. I was told no that was for Gap insurance which I had full coverage when I brought it. Why did I need Gap Insurance and you made me get full cover

Recently bought a 2010 Mercury Milan from Jacob, I love it!!!! He made the time there quite enjoyable. The whole process what’s quick and went smooth as silk. I purchased a truck from these guys (Nov. 1st) and within 2 weeks it had engine problems (bad lifter, covered under 30 day warranty). The repair took 6 weeks to complete (Dec.4th- Jan.15th) due to the warranty company making it such a hassle. I also had to pay $500 out of pocket for the warranty repair and $280 a week for a rental car with ZERO compensation from the dealership for that or the rental car bills. When I spoke with Bartram on the phone about help with a rental car the owner said I sounded like a guy that just wanted something for free and belittled me for buying a used car in the first place.
