Update: my car started and was able to be driven but the check engine light popped up and started hesitated when driven. I brought it into the shop and paid for them for fix, went to pick it up and the car was even worse condition!!! All the icons and lights on my dashboard turned on and took it back, paid them again to fix the issue and now the car does NOT even start at all!!! Makes horrendous smells and it was making a knocking sound after getting it back from the shop. None of that happened before the car was taken to them. Horrible!! Don’t come here unless you want your car played with and returned worse condition!! The car had 1 issue being towed to the shop to be worked on and came back with SO MANY more issues !!! Bacon officially saved! I was in transit towing my 30 ft toy hauler with my 2022 F-350 when the emissions control warning light came on and told me I was going to grind to a halt shortly. The closest dealer I could find was luckily Basil Ford Commercial. This meant that I became "that guy" who shows up on a busy Friday morning with no appointment and an emergency. The shop was booking out about a week and a half. I explained my situation and my service writer Josh (very professional) took pity on me and found a way to wedge me into their schedule. By the end of the day I was back on the road. I spent the majority of my life working for BMW North America as a field service engineer and I can recommend Basil Ford Commercial with complete confidence.

I decided to come here after seeing their high rating, but I was wrong. I listed my problems: the reverse sensors do not work, the windshield washer does not work, the coolant is leaking and an extraneous sound is heard when the engine is running and also asked to replace the spark plugs. They called and quoted the price for replacing spark plugs and replacing reverse sensors. I refused to replace the reverse sensors. As a result of the work performed, the spark plugs were replaced and the leak was fixed, but they changed me $194 for diagnosing the reverse sensors, although I initially reported that they were not working and also $97 for diagnosing the engine, although the extraneous noise was not eliminated. I’m an adult, I have an engineering education and I’m extremely outraged by this

Jason saved our summer RV trip!!! Our check engine light came in as we were arriving in Grand Island, we searched for some where to bring our motorhome to be checked out, everyone was booked. My husband called and Jason said that they were booked but it we got there early in the morning he would look at it. We dropped it off in the morning, by the afternoon he called and told us the problem and that it would be fixed by the morning. We are now on the road to our next destination, Thank you so much Jason!!!! Great, friendly service!!
