If I could give six stars to this dealership, I would!! I had such an amazing experience, and as somebody who HATES the car buying process, this was the best experience I’ve had. Thomas is knowledgeable, straightforward, and trustworthy. I got exactly the car I wanted and came in slightly under budget. The car drives like a dream, and I am the happiest of customers.

Amazing place. Bought a 2013 Prius almost 2 years ago now and it’s been doing great this whole time! I got it back in November of 2023 and wanted to wait a while to review but I couldn’t be happier. Will be coming back for another very soon.

I purchased Camry 2009 from Tom, he was really helpful and genuine, will definitely purchase from him again! This was my first time buying from a dealership and I'm glad I Made the right choice.

Car was definitely in an accident and they tried to cover it up. I've had nothing but problems. Had the wrong battery, timing belt was not installed correctly, ac joint on front tire completely rotted out, door hammock on driver side had to be replaced and it looks to not be the first time. They dodged me for months on fixing a hole in the seat and getting a keyfob to work. I gave up chasing them down which I'm sure was the goal. They did a cheap repair on the back seat which broke and now stuck down leaving me short a seat. And the sensors for my tires they bought to have replaced were junk. 3 out of the 4 work so I'm still without them. So many other things still need fixed I havent gotten to. Honestly disappointed.

My granddaughter required a car, and we discovered one at Bates Car Company. We visited the dealership, and she instantly fell in love with the car. The salesperson, Tom, was extremely helpful and did not pressure us into buying. He patiently answered all our queries about the vehicle. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, and I would highly recommend Tom and Bates Car Company to others.
