Salesperson (Matthew Robinson) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and laid back during the entire process. Searching for my “right” truck lasted almost 9 months and Matthew was happy to help and answered all my questions during that time. Multiple test drives were taken and not once was he pushy or gave me any feeling other than interest and respect. I purchased two new vehicles from Bates ford in the past 6 months. They have treated us well pretty badly. They made deals and promises, and later give you nothing once you sign on the dotted line lines. The salesman is not helpful. The salesman are not professional or knowledgeable with no customer service skills. The parts department are unskilled with no customer service skills whatsoever. We were told by dealer manager that the bank has paid them already and they cannot do anything. Promised an EV WALL CHARGER IF WE BUY THE VEHICLE. Refuse to honor what was said or stated. New truck missing one bed hooks I WAS TOLD YOU HAVE TO BUY. I was told you had the truck for a few months. I was told the truck only comes with 3 bed hooks. No manager approached me to assist me.
