Colton was great to work with and Cass was helpful during our walk through. After purchase, we found some issues with RV that should have been taken care of before Bates listed it for sale.

Went in to just to check out the class B mobile homes . They had a couple . I was immediately greeted enthusiastically showed around I was able to go into the homes then check them out did not feel rushed all my questions were answered thoroughly and then I asked to have a printout of one in particular the one that I took a picture of and they had no problem giving me this information they seem to really care about customer service. Check them out if you want like larger homes they have those in that seems to be their Forte I am particular was just looking for class B mobile homes

We highly recommend Bates RV dealership. It was pleasant experience from beginning to end. Frank Bates personally assisted us with helpful suggestions on how best to handle a trade-in whereas we were able to save a substantial tax expense. We sold our Class C on consignment within two weeks and purchased a Class A. The entire process was very seamless. We appreciated his personal assistance. And are thankful to him and his experience staff.

We were first time buyers. Cass and Colton were fabulous! Taught us what we needed to know and really had our backs. Really depended upon them! Thanks guys! That was then and this is now….we were so happy. We needed to sell our camper and they agreed to take it on consignment. That was October. A few weeks ago I got a call from the owner saying they were going to change how they did business. We would have to pay a storage fee we would reduce the consignment fee. We reach out to previous employees that are no longer there. We immediately started looking for someone to move our camper up north where we are. Then I got a call saying someone wanted it and we’re going to pay us what we wanted and was waiting for the check from the insurance company. Didn’t hear from Frank again.
