My car was towed to this place of business with a possible blown head gasket. Owner said he'd get me some money for it. When i called upon inquiring about it, the owner would rush me off the phone. Knowing there was an issue and seeing my car was no longer there. He said he got rid of it.....never offered a dime. His reputation as a shyster is ON POINT! This is what was done to my car and when speaking with the owner he claimed they didn’t do it and was real NASTY even hung up in my face a few times… I’ve reached out to my insurance company to contact them this is unacceptable it’s clear that my car was dragged and for the owner to be so nasty about is just down right disgusting

Would give 0 if I could. Terrible Service. Myself along with several people that I know have taken vehicles to this guy and he claims 1-2 weeks but that turns into 4-6 weeks. He always uses these random excuses and tries to blame everyone else for the extended wait times (company sent wrong parts, insurance company isn’t responding, parts delayed due to weather where shipping from 🙄). Definitely do not recommend. Take the time and read some of these reviews. They are all saying the same thing: terrible service, and not quality work. There is a reason they are rated so low.

I was charged TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS to have my car towed across town, and then to a dealership in the same town. That is absolutely unbelievable, especially considering I had the same car towed from DOTHAN to GENEVA the day before for only $52. And no one EVER mentioned that insane fee ahead of time, I only got to hear about it from the mechanic a week later. Now I have to pay or I won't be able to get my car. You people are scam artists. I will never EVER use this company again, and will make sure no one else I know does either. Absolutely inexcusable.

After months of consideration I have decided to write a review, but only after giving a major benefit of the doubt. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere, if at all possible. I could write a novel about this place, but will only say that repairs were not performed properly, to include parts that were not correct for our vehicle. This was found after maintenance was performed in order to correct minor body part and trim alignment issues. To add to the frustration, the owner constantly dodges obligations and promises are always "tomorrow," or "next week." I'm sure there are more reputable places in town. I would take advantage of them.
