Batteries Plus

I had a key fob that wasn’t working. Gabriel was so helpful! I really appreciate his expertise and his problem solving ability! He found my fob at another Batteries Plus store and help me set up an appointment for the next day. Instead of having to wait a week I will be all set tomorrow. Thank you Gabriel, you deserve kudos and a raise!

I love this place and every time I go in, very nice customer service.. except for tonight 10/20/25, between 6:00-6:25pm.. I was help by a gentleman in white glasses and he made me feel stupid. Background, we purchased a light fixture from your store years ago and I told him I was looking for a replacement. I pulled up a photo of our existing one-and he right away said, "Ma'am, I cannot tell by looking at it like that-I need a model #". I then gave the model # and it was not a great shot-he was trying to figure out the number. I told him again, I wanted a new light FIXTURE-not just the bulb. He says, "Oh we haven/t sold light fixtures for years.. need to find those at Home deposit or Lowes". 1st of all, please use Miss (for anyone of any age!); 2nd: listen to what I asked for; 3rd: do not

The employee who helped me today was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, quick and kind! They checked my car battery within minutes of me walking into the store, gave me options and installed a new battery all under 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this location !

Best place to purchase batteries, light bulbs, windshield wiper blades and receive honest advice for replacements. The staff is excellent in all areas of the process. Wonderful experience everytime I visit the location.

Went in Friday night, picked up a power boost charging pack for my car battery. Power pack was awesome, vehicle started right away. Went in the next day and had my battery replaced in vehicle. A++++ service, price, and quality all around. Awesome experience. Thank you.
