Brought in a seemingly dead vehicle battery that had not been used all winter and rather than just sell me a new battery they tested it and they said it might be rechargeable so they charged it for me to see if it would be usable. When I returned later in the day they advised that it was not able to hold a charge. So They recommended a replacement battery but advised that it was ever so slightly physically larger and may not fit. When it did not fit they refunded my money and I found a battery at a local car dealer. So kudos to the folks at Battery Outlet for always bending over backwards to help their customers. Thank you Battery Outlet.

Everyone should buy their batteries here, small buisness with a guy who knows a ton about batteries and just genuinely a nice guy all around. Sure you can spend your money at walmart support a company that 98% of the store comes from china as the rich get richer or you can support an American trying to earn a living, ill give this guy my money everytime

The owner is honest and transparent. He will test your battery right there with you to make sure you actually need a new one, and will test your new battery so you aware that it’s new condition. He is very kind and will install your new battery right on the spot. It’s great to support a local business that is trustworthy and that goes above and beyond in their service.
