Chris was extremely helpful and kind when I brought my car in for an emergency repair. Although they were unable to do the work, they were able to fit me in and get the diagnostic back very quick. Extremely kind and honest about any questions I had. I would highly recommend bringing your car in here for any repairs or work!

I truly could not have asked for a better auto shop to take care of my vehicle. From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly professional. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how calm and thorough they were in answering all of my questions and taking the time to address every concern without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. On top of that, when I thought I might be experiencing the same issue again, they had no problem checking my car once more and making sure everything was okay. That level of care and customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. I would wholeheartedly recommend this auto shop to anyone experiencing issues with their vehicles!!

I was recently passing through State College and got a flat. I called several other tire service centers only to be told that the tire I needed was out of stock. When I called Steve Shannon the gentleman I spoke with ensured me that he would find a way to help me out. From the time I showed up to the time I was out the door was less than 2 hours (on a Saturday!). Highly professional, highly recommend.
