I am disappointed to be writing this review because I wanted to be able to support a local new business. They did get me in fast when I had an emergency windshield repair that I needed, which is why I am giving them 2 stars and not just 1 star. However, the windshield wipers were not reinstalled correctly and did not work at all. When I called to get it fixed, I was given a 3 pm appointment because they knew I was going out of town the next day. They did not show and despite calling multiple times and leaving a text, no one replied. There was no way to get in contact with them when they blew off my appointment. I was lucky that kind people at another business were able to fit me in and help me with the mistakes that Battleborn Trades made. However, it ended up costing me even more time and

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called to get a quote to get a window repaired in my home, they answered on the first ring, and scheduled me for a quote the next day. The next day came, and they called me and rescheduled for the next day, which I understood the next day rolls around, no one ever showed up, I have now called six times and left six voicemails. No one will return my calls or answer the phone.

I was coming threw Winnemucca Nevada from back east and a truck tire blew on the interstate and smashed my window in. I called Battle born mobile windshield repair and with in the hr Jose showed up with my new windshield and had it replaced on the spot at the gas station we pulled over to. And before my family and I were done with lunch. Done with it and my insurance was able to cover the windshield and installment with no problems. He save our whole trip. Awesome service and fast.

I call for quote was Told that Jose was 20 minutes away no show 4 days pass and no call back to tell me what went wrong. I would not hire this company. First impressions makes a big difference
