This company answered my late evening call to pull my car out of an icy snowed-in parking lot. Two men in a tow truck arrived soon after that, and they carefully and professionally moved my car to safer ground. I appreciated how they explained what they were going to do before they did it. The team at Bauer has been very responsive and professional! I had been searching for months to locate shop to work on my Airstream Avenue camper van for non-camper related automotive repairs. The camper is built on a Chevy van chassis, but no Chevy dealer would oblige because of the after-market customization, and most local automotive shops did not have the tall bay space to work on the 10ft tall camper. But Bauer specializes in trucks and cars, and had the right size facilities for the job. The work was always delivered on schedule and the estimates and final costs were reasonable. The communications from the office were prompt, clear and courteous. I was lucky to find them and highly recommend their service.

Awful, terrible, unprofessional, incompetent, My boss had me pick up an 45 ft diesel RV from Bauer. He Paid $10,800.00. They said it was ready to go after 80 days of repair. Engine batteries dead. 8 deep cycle batteries dead. Can't start the generator. Far from ready to go. As soon as we got back to our shop. My boss made an appt with REV Service. In Indiana. He told me to drive it there immediately. They took it in on Monday. Wednesday at 230 pm my boss said it's done $1,000.00. What Bauer took 80 days NOT TO FIX ANYTHING for $10,800. REV Service took 2 days at $1000.00 to fix. Also Bauer burned up 8 deep cycle batteries and a Magnum Inverter. $5500.00. That's why the generator wouldn't start. I got 2 extra days of pay for driving to Indiana. But at a cost of

Terrible place to fix your truck, terrible prices that just go up and up once you approved estimate, hidden charges like "LABOR DESCRIPTION--MEET CUSTOMER/DRIVER AT STORAGE YARD AND ASSIST CUSTOMER WITH RELEASE." for $195. That's ridiculous. Made wrong diagnosis on my truck and 2 enormous estimates to fix everything above the real issue. Scam. Please avoid it Your 2nd estimate had nothing with the repairs done in the next shop that really helped us, issues was with the turbo actuator and you just tried me to scam with your estimates that have nothing with the real problem. Send your mechanics to additional training or try to do business fair
