Dwayne went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my van back up and running - it’s my business , my bread and butter. I had gone to see him as my van was exhibiting power issues and off the bat he told me it was my batteries. The engineers who designed my van weren’t convinced and sent me to Mercedes for service. Mercedes couldn’t find anything wrong and suggested … you guessed it, that it was my batteries. I brought my van back to Dwayne and team who installed my new batteries. I trust Dwayne to give it to me straight - it’s how business should be done !!
