I got unloaded in about 30 minutes — very quick and efficient. The company has nice people, and everyone was professional and respectful. The only small issue is that they have just one available dock door, and it can be a bit tricky to back in, especially for a new driver. But if you’re an experienced driver, you’ll be just fine. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely come back. Thank you!

I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating! Yes they are that good! Truck driver here. I blew a trailer tire just outside of Cedar Rapids. Upon inspection I found another trailer tire with a screw/nail in it that needed repair. A quick google search had me heading to Bauer to see if they could help me out. My truck/trailer was inside the shop and being worked on literally 5 minutes after I showed up! Both tires were rear inside duals one new tire and one patched and they had me back on the road in under an hour! Absolutely lightning fast! Everyone I spoke with there was fantastic. I just can't say enough about how well run this place is and if I ever have a tire issue in the future I hope it happens near Cedar Rapids.

Steven and the entire group do a great job! Although we all know that Kayla really runs the joint. ;-) We've doing business with these folks for a couple of years now, they watch over our fleet of semi-trucks. Very easy to work with, thorough, go above and beyond, honest and trustworthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was rescued by Ray from Bauer built this morning as my mack jelled up in traffic.  He is a great guy, fast and efficient.  Ray has a positive attitude and knows diesels!  If you're stranded call BAUER BUILT And ask for Ray
