I ended up blowing a trailer tire and this shop was the closest one to me on I44. I truly was blessed that they were, because the whole experience was amazing. They got me right in and did an amazing job getting my trailer tire replaced and me back on the road. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I will always come here if I’m in the area and need tires . They have cheap nice tires and good service!!!

I had new Michelin 365 steer tires and rims installed. Fast professional service. Shortly after the install, I noticed that the tires started to check in between the tread. I took a picture and sent it to Brett and Andrew. While we were waiting for a response from the engineer, the tread on one tire separated. I called Bauer and from start to finish Brett made sure Michelin stood behind their product. When things started to go sideways and the rep wasn't responding Brett escalated the issue. Brett fought hard for me and the issue was eventually resolved. Thank you Brett. Customer service is a lost art these days. Glad I stopped at your store because I honestly don't think many would have fought for us as hard as you did!!

I had six drive tires installed and it was a excellent experience throughout the entire process. The personnel were courteous and friendly. Most importantly the service was fast and professional. I definitely recommend using them for your truck needs.

I have been there 4x 1st time I bought 10 tires for my semi tractor and put the 8 off the drives on my trailer because it was a new tractor and I wanted better all season tires went very well came back a week later bought 2 steer tires because I needed higher rated tire for steers went well then my third time I needed a alignment set a appointment for 9 am i was there at 8:30am and left at 11:30 am with out the alignment wasn’t very happy with service there wasn’t anyone on the alignment rack they got working on another truck that came in just after I showed up for my appointment and it took a lot longer than they expected and so screw me took a while for me to go back and just went in a ask if I could get a alignment a year later sure it will be about 45 min till alignment guy gets back
