Came in for a severely damaged tire, and while I was down, decided to replace a few more(5 of 6). When the guys in the shop saw my truck they recognized the issue and instead of upselling me, we worked out a way to get me back on the road safely to a shop for alignment to prevent any future damage to the new tires. Greatly appreciated.

Was just leaving Norfolk Nebraska from visiting my father in the Norfolk Veterans Home. As I was leaving town my low tire pressure warning came on so I pulled into Bauer Built tires and they got me in pretty quick. Was in and out in probably 25 minutes can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road feeling safe.

I'm an owner operator and time is everything in our industry. Had a rim issue couple days back. So I roll into their yard ask if they could help me out. The parked me out front . Brought out a personal service unit out and set me up. From dismount to down the road with torque wheel. 45 mins. Super happy customer. I received a new hat and few calenders with locations of other shops . Will definitely be there again for coffee stop. And will recommend that ally friends stop there. Over the past year, on a couple different occasions, I have had some tire issues. From just simply needing new tires because of age, wear and tear, to having a slight accident and needing to get one of the new tires replaced, to needing an air valve replaced, etc. I can honestly say, that I have never had a better experience with a tire company. These guys, hands down, go above and beyond at customer service! The attention they give each customer, the service they provide is just outstanding.
