Cruise Custom Golf Cars

We bought a used golf cart from Cruise and they were great. We bought the cart in mid winter so we didn’t get to use it consistently for a few months. When we finally got to use it, we found a minor issue. Cruise Cars were great and made sure to get everything fixed and made it right. We love our golf cart and will buy again from them for sure. Great customer service.

It is so awesome when a full service/sales Family business like this comes to town. We have an older golf cart that has been sitting around because we just really couldn’t find anybody that could service it. Cruise custom golf carts was more than willing to help do all of the maintenance and winterizing. Dealing with Luke who not only took the time to listen to what we were after, he got us into a new golf cart that was perfect for our budget. Luke was willing to go that extra mile in customer service, They actually came and picked up our old one And they delivered our new one. You only get that treatment from hard working kids raised in this area. It’s always nice to end anything with a handshake and a face-to-face deal and have somebody that you can call on with questions. Great

I started out calling Cruise because they had the best website in any state we touch! Absolutely seamless and shows every detail of every cart we wanted to look at. Great pictures and absolutely every piece of information you want. So I called them up on the phone and get Molly. Turns out this is a family run business and she gives me every detail I need about the cart we were interested in and tells me her brother Luke will be giving me a call to talk about pricing and financing. I figure it’s going to be a call later in the day but 20 seconds later my phone rings and it’s Luke! The process continue to be as simple as possible with great communication. Everyone was so kind on the phone! You can truly feel that this is a family friendly/family run business!!!!
