Hello Beautiful people of Freeport, I have a friend that suggested this Automotive Center to get a tire plugged. And I am pleased to say this place is Friendly and reasonable to work with. The staff was very welcoming and professional, they do have a waiting area for those that would like to wait while car is being repaired. I had really an over all great experience and will be coming back in the future. I hope if you decide to give them a try you have the same experience that I had myself.

We have always been treated great here... Friendly and competent folks that always try to accomodate our needs and they do a great job.

Not so impressed by them. My sister was going to them for years but has had problems with their work the last few times. The very last time we were in there needed the flex pipe replaced and welded in. They said we also had a broken motor mount so they replaced it as well. After we picked up the vehicle I saw the weld job on the exhaust was horrible. I confronted them about it and they basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I've been a welder for about 20 years so I know what a weld should look like. Then they told us if it leaked to bring it back. It did leak and we had to go back to get it fixed again. Since then we took our business elsewhere and have been very happy so far.

When calling in, there is always an answer to the phone that is polite and positive. They get back to you when they say they will on the phone as well. The work gets done well and in a timely manner. When they run into speed bumps with repairs, they are met with excellent attitude and solutions. An excellent choice.
