I had a friend replaced my spark plugs and change my oil for a long trip that I’m supposed to be taking. After that happened I was having an issue with misfiring. I took it to one shop in town that said they were too busy to do it, but recommended Bautista’s. I pulled up and explained my situation, and the gentleman started looking into it immediately, and was able to find that I had a cracked spark plug. I had a spark plug on hand, and he put it in for me and had me out the door less than 30 minutes and was very reasonable in price. They were professional and honest and that’s enough for me to return. I prefer supporting small businesses. Thanks Bautista’s and if I need anything, I’ll definitely be returning.
