I'm a first-time customer at Bavarian Workshop, and I couldn't be more impressed. I called on a Friday morning to make an appointment, and Megan was so kind and welcoming right from the start. She got me set up for Monday at 9 a.m. and even made a note that I'd need a ride home. That kind of attention to detail before I even walked through the door really stood out. When I arrived Monday morning, Megan was helping another client, so Trevor, the owner, stepped right in to handle my intake. He set me up with Mark, who gave me a shuttle ride back home. I am so thrilled I found Bavarian Workshop. I called and spoke to the receptionist who couldn't be any more friendly and put me in contact with Trevor. I could immediately tell that Trevor knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to tuning BMWs and all performance in general and was super passionate about cars, what a joy and delight! Even though I live kinda far, I decided to make the trip as I was so impressed after our conversation. They were very accommodating and got the job done way faster than promised and expected. I’ve been bringing my BMW here for years and couldn’t recommend this shop more. The quality of their work is outstanding every time. Repairs and inspectiosn have been handled with precision and care. I tend to be a little detail oriented and the service they provide is always well thought and the vehicles is always handled with care. They always take the time to explain what’s needed and what can honestly wait. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier expertise with genuine integrity, they nails it every time. All of the guys are a pleasure to talk and I value their opinions on all of my cars, even the ones under warranty come here for a second opinion. Shoutout to Erin, Trevor and the rest of the guys!

This time, Trevor fixed my son’s coolant leak on his Golf to perfection! We’ve brought our BMW X5 and 740iL to him in the past, and he always delivers outstanding service. Megan at the office is so sweet and helpful too. Trevor is an exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, and kind mechanic. If you’re looking for a shop that runs smoothly and does everything with excellence, this is the place with 5 stars!!

Took my e30 M3 to Bavarian Workshop on the recommendation of Mr. M3 Don Fields and even though long time owner Mark is no longer running the day to day operations, I could not have been more pleased and glad I made the 80 mile drive. Trevor was fantastic and he definitely knows his BMW's. He was nice to talk to, very professional and above all honest. He exhibited genuine interest and care for my car. I only wish he was closer. I would not hesitate to take any car to him.
