Had a very old car with four flat tires moved from Sherman Oaks to West Hills. The person on the phone was very careful to make sure all info was relayed properly. On the day we scheduled the tow truck arrived within the time window and with a little maneuvering the car was picked up and brought to the drop off location. Once there it was a little bit hard to get it off the truck due to having four flat tires and a driveway located on a hill. It took a while but we were able to make it happen. I would recommend anyone to use this company for your towing needs, they absolutely nailed it!
