This little store deserves 6/5 stars for the stellar service we received today from a fine gentleman named Chet. We stopped in after encountering the dreaded transmission overheating and needed some guidance. Chet met us with everything we could have asked for and more. We left with the fluids we needed and the personable touch that only comes from these small town shops. Thank you Chet, you made our whole day.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. The gentleman behind the counter was Chet and I have to say wow I had an overwhelming flashback of the old days of great customer service because nowadays that doesn't exist!! This man actually came out and put power steering fluid in my Chevy suburban and made sure that I got the correct fluid that is a professional in my opinion. So Baxter's Auto parts number one in America so far but keep reading my reviews maybe there's someone that can one up Baxter's but I doubt it thank you so much guys customer for life.

Sisters resident, and I can only guess that the business model here is to wait until people have absolutely no choice but to buy something here, then soak them for INSANE prices. Diesel truck fuel filter that’s $80 tops elsewhere? $170 HERE. Oddball sized single socket that’s $15 elsewhere? $25 HERE. Have never had a problem with the staff but these people give ‘doing business local’ a bad name.

Chet helped us diagnose our Honda CRV issue when it failed us on a big trip. We are super grateful for his quick work to help us and genuine care for our family's well-being. Highly recommend!!
