Sisters Car Wash

The end result is a washed car. If how you get there matters, stop elsewhere. The machinery wiggles and shakes, which leads to extra coverage, but will the parts stay on much longer? That is yet to be known. Car wash itself is cheap… until you pay with a $20 bill and it doesn’t give change.

Literally the jankiest car wash on the planet. Read out screens don’t work, there’s no beep when you’re out of time, the hoses sputter. And the foaming brush doesn’t foam and scratches the crap out of your paint. Sisters needs a better car wash.

Never had this type of carwash. Just came down from travelling off of forest service road 5116 trying to find Chush Falls. We are in a prius. Very dusty and rear back window bumped out of place the mechanism to roll the window up. Didn't know until we started car wash, asked wife to help hand pull window up, she gets out comes to drivers side just when car wash activates: face & body full of water.

Looking for a good car wash in Sisters? This ain’t it. (Pro tip: the only competitor in town ain’t it either.) One of two self-serve bays has been missing its foam brush for months. Rather than replace it, thus encouraging the public to actually spend money here, they have instead erected a makeshift sign indicating “no brush.” The other bay features a very worn-out brush that will scratch your paint. The strictly coin-op (no credit cards) payment / controller does not provide a one minute remaining warning beep, so you have to keep checking. Nice days in spring you can expect a wait as everyone queues up to use the one functional washer. And here come the summer tourists any day now.

It Works for a quick hose down if you need to wash off the "over the pass grime" during the winter or just cleanup your vehicle for the week. The hoses do leak. The place could use a little maintenance and wash it self. But it does the job.
